Jimmy Westlake's 10th Anniversary Bike Ride To Alaska

Ten years ago, Jimmy left from his home in Young Harris, GA on his bicycle, with nothing more than a few clothes, some food and water, and his cat, Charlotte. Fifty-seven days later, he arrived in Anchorage, AK.

In July 2003, he made a similar journey from Yampa, CO... same guy, different route, different bike, and different cat (Dixie). This page kept up with his journey over the 37 days, until he reached Anchorage, AK on July 31st, 2003.
